I'd say true to size for most Pumas. My RS-Xs were spot on. Just measure your foot length if you're super worried.

Nah, for Suedes, I found them a tiny bit snug. I sized up half a size and it was perfect. Depends on your foot width too, I guess.

Puma Cali are super comfy for everyday wear, I love mine. Adidas usually has a different kind of feel, maybe more 'sporty'. It's really personal preference.
